Accounted exploitable volume just of Krasnoyarsk region is about 55 millions cubic meters.

Being sold timber enterprise includes:
1. Administrative house has area 3798,2 m2, is belt in 1991 y. The construction of building is skeleton type (serial II-04), three-storeyed, with 1 underground floor. Slate roofing. Underground floor has rooms for storing, auxiliary need and sauna. Second floor has working rooms and dining room.
2. The industrial house has area 9000 m2, is belt in 1991 y.
The construction is skeleton, made of reinforced concrete, with span 18,0 m. The height of the roof bottom is 3,8m, 4,2, 5,0m.
