We are able to reserve an apartment for you in advance as well as hotel service does.

In contrast to hotel service, reservations made in our company are absolutely free and are included in the cost of residence.

While making a reservation you pay only for the first 24 hours. You may pay for the rest fixed days as soon as you arrive.

Reservations are available from 3 days period of residence.

Please, get to know with our set of rules:

• Recommend to reserve an apartment in advance. The period of making reservation depends on the period you are going to stay in. Have a look at the following example: You are going to have 8 days visit that means the reservation should be completed in 7-9 days before the arrival.

• Prepayment gives you 100% guarantee of occupying the apartment you have already fixed. Without prepayment we can’t assure you in settling in a certain apartment on the arrival day. We would be able to provide a choice appropriate to quality and price.

• Orders of 1-2 days staying can be accepted right on the arrival day or in advance of 1-2 days.

• 7 days orders should be confirmed in order to clarify if the washing machine is available.

• Settling can be set up at 13.00 and you should vacate the apartment at 12.00. When an opportunity occurs, we are happy to provide you with the earlier settling time. If you want to move in until 9.00 am or to vacate after fixed time you have to carry in an extra payment. If you depart until 18.00 pm you pay only half cost of day.

• When meeting at the airport should be paid in advance as well as booking.

In price we include:

• Renting

• Bedclothes

• Changing of bedclothes once in 5 days in a suitable time

We don’t include:

• Everyday cleaning

• Washing, ironing

After receiving the prepayment we confirm the booking and co-ordinate accommodation time.
