Product: Soybean Grade 2 Non Transgenic QTY: 12x50k shipments, CIF China main port, Revolving DLC, 2% PB Packing: Bulk Destination: CIF TianJin Port, China.
Quantity: Total: 600,000/MT (+/- 5%).
Shipment Quantity: 30,000-55,000 MT for first shipment, thereafter 50,000 MT per shipment. Performance bond: 2% (two percent) of each shipment amount.
Basis of delivery: The basis of first delivery shall be 30,000-55,000 metric tons, thereafter 50,000 metric tons per shipment (+/-5%) within 30 days, upon issuance and acceptance of Buyer's financial instrument at the Seller's bank. The shipments shall be according to the Letter of Credit scheduled deliveries. The date of Bill of Lading shall be considered the date of loading and delivery.
Shipment: Shipments commence when the PB actives the non-operative L/C.
Payment: The Buyer will open an Irrevocable, Revolving and Confirmed Documentary Letter of Credit, payable 100% at sight. The Letter of Credit shall be negotiated.
