Biodiesel is produces from vegetable oils, of which
rapeseed oil is the cheapest, by peretherification process.
Principle reagents are vegetable oil and methanol with small
amounts of alkali catalyst KOH.
Known alkaline technology employs cyclic method of
production, where reaction time can be as long as eight
hours. Such long reaction time does not allow for sufficient
capacity and requires large areas for production unit
installation.
The systems which we developed is free from the above
mentioned disadvantages.
