Production of aluminum composite panel is composed by three steps:

At first, the pre-treatment of aluminum coil is essential step to guarantee the painting surface perfect , pre-treatment fluid through front cleaning action elimination lubricating oil \ dust and each kind of dirt off surface. Then putting in special chemical liquor to chromate surface of coil to be a compact layer of oxide film to enhance coherence. Our adoption of pre-treatment workmanship and liquor from German Henkel confirm product stability and reliability.

Secondly, it is coating technology, this procedure is to coat appointed colors upon customers’ requirements after pre-treatment to realize the gorgeousness of panel color. Coating process is strictly under rolling & coating, form a layer of artistic wet paint film, then stove & varnish in many heating zones, there is advanced temperature feedback/control system in each zone, Precision in positive and negative 1 degree Celsius. Both PVDF and PET coated paint , which after the high temperature, has ultra strong\ climate-resist\ acid-proof \alkalinity-proof, the luster bright is lasting, may adapt to any climate environment.

At last, through automatic continually heat compound production line, aluminum /PE/macro-molecule adhesive film was strongly stuck together after continual high temperature and high pressure, after cooling and shaping, the flat \ smooth aluminum composite panels were finally finished .
